　　Organized on May 16 2006, the Corporation is an organization formed by CNNC ( China National Nuclear Corporation ) and FGEC ( Fujian Generating Electricity Corporation ) under China National Huadian Corporation. The general manager, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, takes whole charge of the construction, the commissioning, the operation and the management for the nuclear power plant.
